The criminal organisation Zeed from the original Shinobi game; released three years before The Revenge of Shinobi, has reformed under the new name Neo Zeed. The Neo Zeed seek revenge on Joe Musashi by murdering his master and kidnapping his bride. Joe Musashi must travel the world defeat the Neo Seed and save his bride.
